GRK is a New York–based practice working across architecture, masterplanning, and urban strategy. Founding Principal
Olivera Grk is the founding principal of GRK and an architect with twenty years of professional experience leading architecture, masterplanning, and large-scale urban projects across North America and internationally.
Prior to establishing GRK, Olivera was a Principal at ODA, where she led multidisciplinary teams in the design and development of projects totaling more than twenty-five million square feet, ranging from high-rise residential and hospitality buildings to mixed-use districts and urban masterplans. Her work includes the Four Seasons Resort and Residences in Deer Valley, 420 Kent in New York, 1045 Olive Street in Los Angeles, and the Edition Hotel and Residences in Fort Lauderdale, as well as the award-winning MAZD Territory and Badaevskiy masterplans in Moscow. Her work at ODA also encompassed a broad portfolio of high-end residential projects throughout New York City. Earlier in her career, Olivera worked at OMA New York, where she collaborated with internationally renowned performance artist Marina Abramović.
Her work explores the relationship between architecture and the city through sculptural form, spatial depth, and a refined material palette.
In parallel with professional practice, Olivera has been engaged in architectural education. She has taught at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and has served as a guest critic at Columbia University and Pratt Institute.
Olivera received her Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia GSAPP, where she was awarded the Honor Award for Excellence in Design. She earned her degree in architecture from the University of Belgrade, graduating as valedictorian of her class.
She is a registered architect in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Milutin Folić is Principal, Urban Strategy at GRK. He is an architect and urban planner with extensive experience experience leading architecture, masterplanning, and city-scale regeneration projects.
Since 2008, Milutin has led Folić Architects, a Belgrade-based practice continuing the legacy of two generations of architectural practice. The office has completed more than 200 residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
From 2014 to 2019, alongside his private practice, Milutin served as City Architect and Chief Urban Planner of Belgrade, where he played a central role in shaping the city's long-term development. He led the preparation and adoption of the General Urban Plan and the City Development Strategy, advancing a vision centered on walkability, sustainable mobility, the revitalization of public space, and reconnecting Belgrade with its riverfront through the transformation of former industrial areas.
His work explores how architecture, infrastructure, and public space can work together to strengthen urban identity and improve everyday civic life.
Milutin is the initiator of the strategic platform Identity – Mobility – Ecology of the City, an interdisciplinary framework promoting urban identity, sustainable mobility, ecological resilience, and the improvement of public life through design.
He received his degree in architecture from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade, where he graduated among the top students of his generation.
He is an International Associate member of the American Institute of Architects.
