Budva Waterfront reimagines nearly two kilometers of Montenegro's Adriatic coastline as a vibrant year-round waterfront destination. Conceived as a comprehensive urban regeneration strategy, the masterplan transforms the existing tourist district into a mixed-use neighborhood where hospitality, culture, public life, and landscape are woven together through a continuous public waterfront. Organized around a network of pedestrian streets, civic spaces, and landscaped parks, the proposal prioritizes public access to the sea while creating a resilient framework for future development. By balancing tourism with everyday urban life, the project establishes a new model for coastal regeneration that strengthens Budva's identity while reconnecting the city with its shoreline.
