The complex consists of three units – the existing building, a compact building on the corner which is connected to the existing building by a footbridge, and a linear building culminating in a tower. The layout of the planned adjacent objects and refractions along the future promenade forming public spaces intended for the socialization of users were the reason for the meandering form of a linear building. The individual business premises of the linear building are connected by a cube situating additional, shared, productive facilities. On the roofs of the complex, there are green terraces where outdoor work, socializing, and recreational areas are provided. To achieve a diverse structure of innovative users, workspaces of different characters have been designed inside the buildings – from spaces for collective work, offices for small, medium, and large companies, to prestigious offices in the tower.
