The project integrates a preserved wire factory building into a new mixed-use residential development, retaining an important reminder of the site's industrial heritage. Occupying a prominent corner site with frontages on three streets, the new building is composed as a series of carefully articulated volumes that respond to their urban context. Brick façades establish continuity with the surrounding streetscape, while a transparent glazed connector links the historic structure with the new residential building, opening the development toward a landscaped inner courtyard. The recessed upper levels refine the building's silhouette, responding to neighboring buildings while preserving key views and the character of the surrounding streets. Framed by an arched entrance portal, the semi-private courtyard forms the heart of the development, creating a quiet communal space for residents while reinforcing the dialogue between the site's industrial heritage and its contemporary transformation.
