The project brings together two adjacent urban sites to create a cohesive mixed-use neighborhood organized around a central pedestrian street and a network of landscaped public spaces. Carefully proportioned residential buildings frame streets, courtyards, and plazas, while active ground floors strengthen the relationship between the architecture and the public realm. Defined by a restrained architectural language and an integrated landscape strategy, the development establishes a new civic destination while reinforcing the evolving identity of Zemun.
