Conceived as an urban connector within Mexico City, the project establishes a transition between Polanco, Condesa, and Roma while extending the public life of the surrounding neighborhood fabric. A porous massing strategy opens the building toward the street through a monumental gateway and a series of layered public spaces centered around an internal courtyard. By integrating the public realm into the architecture itself, the project creates a continuous spatial flow between the city, landscape, and building, allowing the development to engage its surroundings beyond its physical boundaries.
